Creating a new state effect

< 1 min read

To implement your own state effect, you first need to add a row in the state effects data table.

After creating a new row, you can adjust all of the required settings for your state effect. Once that is done, add your newly created state effect to the state effects enumeration and select that state in the state effects data table.

After completing those steps, you need to add the state effect to the state effects array in the attribute manager. This can be done per character or directly in the component. Finally, you can test the newly created state effect by setting the effect on one of the activation pads in the example map.
