Quickstart #
Make sure that the Map_Icon_Creator is open. On startup, you will see a message with instructions.
To start, press play and see if everything works fine.
There is also a readme file which you can right-click and run to open.
Adding Own Meshes #
Open the datatable DT_IcoGeneration and add new rows. Add a static or skeletal mesh to it. Never add both; it will prioritize the Static Mesh over the Skeletal Mesh. After adding the meshes in the datatable, they will appear in the icon creator.
Controls #
The controls are easy. You can position the mesh, zoom, rotate, and toggle between meshes.
Note that the Enhanced Input system plugin is used in this project to move the character and handle any input. You can set that up to your liking. If enhanced input is enabled, all controls will work automatically.
Inverted Opacity #
