Restocking an Inventory #
When an inventory needs restocking:
- The item allocator checks the loot list if the actor lacks a vendor component.
- If a vendor component is present, it uses vendor details.
- Items are restocked based on chance and maximum allowed amounts, overriding stack sizes if necessary.
