Private custom support payment
This product is used when Games by Hyper has agreed a custom support session, review, or consulting block with you directly. It is intended for project-specific help that goes beyond the standard support included with a Hyper product purchase.
Custom support can include:
- Guidance on integrating Hyper systems into your own Unreal project.
- Reviewing project-specific setup issues or implementation questions.
- Helping identify the likely cause of issues after custom changes or integrations.
- Advice on architecture, workflow, or next steps for your project.
Before the session, please share the relevant context, files, screenshots, access details, or reproduction steps. Any preparation, investigation, setup, call time, or follow-up clarification is counted as part of the agreed support time.
Important: custom support is time-based. It does not guarantee a specific fix, feature, delivery date, or amount of completed development work unless that has been agreed separately in writing. Standard bug reports for Hyper products should still go through the official support channels.
