Enhanced Support Session (15 minutes)

Each Enhanced Support Session gives you a 15-minute call with a Hyper team member.
After purchase, you’ll receive a calendar link to schedule your session. Please note it may take some time to arrange and confirm the call.

What you can expect:

  • A personal 15-minute conversation where you can ask questions directly to a Hyper team member.
  • We’ll do our best to answer your questions and share advice based on our experience.

Important notes:

  • This session is not for asking us to fix bugs or perform development work on your behalf.
  • It is not intended as dedicated troubleshooting or custom implementation support.
  • It’s an opportunity to ask questions, get guidance, and discuss your use of Hyper systems in a short, focused call.
  • Technical difficulties, late arrivals, or missed sessions are not the responsibility of Games by Hyper and will not extend or reschedule the allotted time.
  • Calls are strictly limited to 15 minutes — time cannot be extended.
  • Sessions are not stackable unless otherwise agreed. A maximum of 4 sessions per month is allowed per customer unless agreed otherwise.

Additional expectations:

  • Sessions are subject to Hyper team availability and must be scheduled in advance.
  • Respectful communication is required — Enhanced Support is not on-demand, and spamming or demanding assistance will result in losing access.
  • These sessions are for advice and guidance only. They do not provide continuous troubleshooting, custom integration, or dedicated consulting work.
  • Outside of the scheduled call, private DMs or direct requests are not part of this service. Please use the official support channels.
  • Enhanced Support Sessions are offered under a fair use policy. Abuse of this service may result in restrictions or loss of access.
